It's Thanksgiving week and I've been thinking about what to take to the none vegan Thanksgiving dinner.  As a Vegan myself I'll have to take a few things for me to eat expectally since I can't have oils either without getting sick and a lot of people add oils/butters to their veggies. 
It's been a good month so far.  Been doing a lot of walking.   I even did a little bit of jogging.  I'm down to 269lbs I'm loving the losing the weight but the getting healthier in general is the best.
