Foot again.

Seems I have arthritis in my foot and it doesn't seem to act up unless I try to eat peanut butter.  So looks like it's time to leave that a lone.  It will get better.  till then doing exercises that don't make me walk on said foot.

Trying to get a walk,  a run or bike ride in everyday.   I got a lot healthier last year and I want to do even better this year.  Once I get enough money I plan on joining a gym as well.  Not having a job gives me more time to work out but doesn't give me the money to do so.  Hopefully I can get one soon so far I keep hearing not hiring till spring frustrating.

New years.

Hubby and I started our New Years out with friends.  This morning when I got up I was at 259lbs.  Lets see where I'm at by this time next year.  Probably not to goal but I bet I can get pretty close to being in healthy weight range with the way I'm eating and exercising now days.  Life is definitely on a positive track.  Hope everyone has a wonderful New Year!!!!
