Walking/running

Trying to get a walk,  a run or bike ride in everyday.   I got a lot healthier last year and I want to do even better this year.  Once I get enough money I plan on joining a gym as well.  Not having a job gives me more time to work out but doesn't give me the money to do so.  Hopefully I can get one soon so far I keep hearing not hiring till spring frustrating.

    Have you tried yoga? It's been helping me a lot with mobility issues. I have arthritis in my low back, hips, neck, hands, and ankles. I found the link to your blog on Dr. Mc Dougall's forum and just felt like I needed to give you a hello.

    I purchased a yoga DVD at a local health food store and did take a yoga class at my local community college which broke the boredom of the DVD.

      I tried yoga a little when I was heavier and couldn't really do the poses I bet I could now. I should try that again. been walkin, running and elliptical lately.
