I tend to weigh way to much but Friday's are my official weigh in day.  so I'm 285lbs like last week.  Which I feel is good since I slipped and let a tiny bit of oil into my food and was hurting for days afterwards. 
Finally starting to not hurt except for muscle I pulled in my right arm tried to move up on weight for my hand weights and still do same amount of exercise clearly not a good idea.  laugh.  Live and learn.  So far this morning I'm feeling pretty good even my pulled muscle is starting to feel better.
